PoshGiftz4U is not responsible for any shipping delays. If an item states delivered, but you don’t see it, please send me a help request and file a claim with your local delivery service to resolve any delivery issues.
- If the package looks damaged from the exterior, it is again a delivery service issue and handling. Please record a video, of opening the box from the tape removal during removal of items from the box from the beginning to the end, to get me proof of damage in order to get a replacement sent. If the boxes tape is removed prior to the start of video, a replacement will not be sent. Tape should be intact from the bottom and top.
