If you order international, there may or may not be fees upon delivery, which will soley depend on your country rules, which is NOT included in your shipping cost, which you are responsible to pay, if need be, at or prior to delivery. If not paid in 3 days, your order will be returned back to me by UPS rules and the return shipping fees will be deducted from your order total before I issue your Refund, after receiving your order back.
