Due to the nature of our products (randomized scoops and bracelet pulls), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the contents of your scoop or pull are random.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

We will review and assist you if an error was made on our end.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Β  Β  β€’ Β  Β stolen packages
Β  Β  β€’ Β  Β delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Chargebacks & delivery confirmation

Orders that show a confirmed delivered status by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for a refund.
